L'IPANEMA est un restaurant à Cagnes sur Mer, une churrascaria-rodizzio, c'est à dire un resto que l'on trouve au brésil et où j'ai pu m'adonner au plaisir de la dégustation de nombreuses viandes toutes meilleures les unes que les autres à Rio.

J'avais organisé cette rencontre depuis un certain temps, chose que nous essayons de faire assez régulièrement afin de discuter de notre passion commune qu'est les voyages, chacun apportant son lot de discussions, d'anecdotes, de photos, sur les pays visités et où nous parlons de nos projets futurs en nous donnant maints conseils et mises en gardes.

Ca nous permet de retrouver des membres connus avec ki c toujours un bonheur de discuter, et de faire la connaissance de nouveaux membres inscrits que nous accueillons avec le plus grand plaisir.

Parfois par chance certains égarés de départements voisins viennent se joindre à nous et on se fait un plaisir de les héberger. La mentalité de Voyage forum est trés positive, bon enfant, et saine. il faut dire que la plupart des voyageurs tous comme les routiers ont une mentalité propre où on aime son prochain, où on aime rendre service ect... et à notre époque dans ce monde de brutes c bien agréable.

voici donc les photos de ceux et celles qui étaient présents hier à cagnes sur mer et que j'espère revoir bientôt.

Avec les beaux jours les pic nic sur la plage devraient faire leur apparition....

Rodizio (ro-DEE-zyoo or IPA [xo'dʒizju] – BP – or [ʁu'dizju] – EP) is a style of restaurant service in Brazilian and Portuguese restaurants. One pays a fixed price and the waiters bring an offering of food to each customer at several times throughout the meal, until the customers signify that they have had enough. Servers come to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of meat, most commonly local cuts of beef, pork, or chicken. This service is typical in churrascarias.

Foods served at a churrascaria often include:

Filet mignon chunks wrapped in bacon
Turkey chunks wrapped in bacon (these two are usually two-bite sized)
Sirloin steak (cut semicircular and served in slices)
Roast beef (served like sirloin steak)
Beef short ribs
Pork ribs
Chorizo or some other spicy Iberian pork sausage
Chicken hearts
Grilled dark-meat chicken
Grilled pineapple (meant as a palate cleanser between courses)

Most rodizio courses are served right off the cooking skewer, and are sliced or plated right at the table. In some restaurants, they are accompanied with Spanish fried potatoes, fried bananas, collard greens, black beans, and rice.

A churrascaria (shoo-HOSS-ka-REE-ah) is a Brazilian steakhouse. Churrasco is the cooking style, which translates roughly from the Portuguese for 'barbecue'. However, in order to avoid confusion, it is important to state that in the rest of South America the 'barbecue' method of cooking meat is known as asado.

Distinctly a South American style rotisserie, it owes its origins to the fireside roasts of the gaúchos of southern Brazil (from the Pampa region), centuries ago. In modern restaurants, rodizio service is typically offered. Servers come to your table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of meat, be it beef, pork, filet mignon, goat, chicken, duck, ham and pineapple, sausage, fish, or any other sort of local cut of meat.

In most parts of Brazil, the churrasco is roasted with charcoal. In the South Region of Brazil, however, mostly close to the borders of Argentina and Uruguay, embers of wood are also used.
